SOUND MASSAGE FOR CHAKRA BALANCING

 

The body has a unique energy system which interacts with the entire body from the organs, tissues, nerves, into the cellular level.  In this course you will gain an in depth understanding of the Chakra system, and how the use of sound can bring balance and help reduce muscular tension and pain.

This course is designed to use the techniques of sound massage therapy and apply them to the various points on the body, known as chakras.  In so doing the use of specific bowls with different tones resonating with the seven main chakras creates deep relaxation, increased well-being and accelerated healing.  The use of the Tibetan singing bowls causes a state of deep relaxation, believed by many healers, as well as scientist to be the pre-requisite for healing.

It has been demonstrated that a well-trained practitioner – can ameliorate pain and assist in the well-being of both, the physical and mental state through the targeted use of sound therapy with Tibetan bowls on the chakras.

You will learn about:

• Resonance and entrainment
• Brain wave frequencies
• How to test the seven major chakras (energy centers)
• Ability to select the appropriate Tibetan bowl to match the individuals need
• Assessment methods to determine appropriate chakra activation or sedation
• How to create an individualized treatment routine for specific conditions or complaints, e.g. hypertension, sciatica, headaches, etc.
